How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who contacts Hidepreviously Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience phoning or messaging Hidepreviously Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be dropped from it. Note that Hidepreviously Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

What to Send

Email contact@hidepreviously.garden with:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, respond and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
